By accessing or using SaforaX ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. SaforaX is an escrow-based payment platform connecting clients and freelancers in India.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law. You must complete KYC verification as required under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002.
SaforaX acts as an escrow agent for milestone-based payments between clients and freelancers:
SaforaX charges a platform fee of 2% of the project value, split equally (1% client surcharge and 1% freelancer service fee). Razorpay payment processing fees (2% + ₹10 for Indian cards) are passed through to the user. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
All users must complete KYC verification before creating projects or receiving payouts. We collect and verify identity documents as required under PMLA and RBI guidelines. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension.

Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.
